Care Guide
- Machine wash in cold water to preserve colours
- Don't bleach or soak
- As tempting as it may be, avoid using softeners and wash with similar colours
- Cotton terry toweling can become stiff after a few washes, be sure to give your swimming robe a shake after washing to fluff up the terry loops
- Line dry and turn your Hoodie inside-out to avoid fading
- Tumble dry on low/gentle if needed.

What are the Towel Hoodies made from?
Our hoodies are made from 100% Terry Towel cotton, with a plush, velour finish on the outside. 380gsm in weight. There isn't a second layer or water proof fabric. This ensures wear all year round, even in the warmer weather. The cotton is soft on the skin and absorbs water faultlessly.
We use the highest grade zip to eliminate jams in the fabric and also ensures little fingers can use them.

Our towel hoodies are designed for all types of people, from toddlers to the elderly.

Absolutely! Our Towel Hoodies have been tested to Australian Standards and have a UPF50+ sun rating. Unlike regular hooded towels or ponchos, our robes have longs sleeves and cover most of the body protecting your skin from the sun.
The thick, plush cotton also acts as the perfect insulation when the wind picks up.

How does shipping work?
Orders are dispatched daily if ordered before 12pm noon - unless it's during our peak sale seasons (eg. Mid-year sales or Black Friday), where it may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order. This is the best place to get an update on your delivery. How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate of $10 for our towel hoodies and $6.95 shipping smaller items like drink bottles or bags. You can get FREE SHIPPING for orders over $130 in Australia. We also offer express delivery starting from $14.
Note: During major sale periods (e.g. Mid-Year Sales, Black Friday), the free shipping threshold may be paused and standard rates apply, as we already reduce prices significantly.
Where is my item shipped from?
Your order is fulfilled and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse in Victoria, Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Sunreal Days currently accepts orders from New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada. International shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks. See our shipping page for more detail. Please choose carefully, as customers are responsible for all return postage costs, including international returns.
Do you ship to the United States?
Unfortunately, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States due to recent changes to US import tariffs and duties.
These changes have resulted in significantly higher import costs for orders entering the USA. Rather than pass these unexpected costs on to our customers, we have made the difficult decision to pause US shipping while we explore alternative shipping options.

We offer returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order. The customer covers the cost for the return postage.
