We offer a flat rate shipping service of $10.95 for Australian residents and free shipping on orders over $200 -  no ifs or buts! We believe in spreading happiness, not shipping fees. This is a limited time offer and can change without notice. We also offer express postage with delivery from 1-3 business days starting at $18, depending on the weight of your package.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your products from our warehouse in Melbourne and package it with love and tenderness, so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

We use Australia Post and Sendle Couriers for our deliveries. Your package should be in the grips of your hands within 3-8 BUSINESS days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this adventurous journey.

 

International Orders

Sunreal Days currently accepts orders from New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

International orders are fulfilled from our Australian warehouses and shipped from Australia. Our current international rates are calculated at checkout depending on location and size/weight of your package. We only use reputable carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle for domestic and DHL for international orders.

Shipping times:

New Zealand estimated delivery time | 1-2 weeks

International estimated delivery time | 1-2 weeks

*Please note that the above time frames are an estimate only.  Packages may take longer in extreme weather conditions and during peak holiday season in November/December.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or postage strikes. We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched.

 
Do I pay customs duties and taxes for my international order?

It is a legal obligation that Sunreal Days declares the commercial value of the order. Please be aware that for international orders, some countries may apply additional charges in the form of duties and/or taxes on imported items.

Customs and import duties of the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for rates and detailed information.

*Note to US customers: Australia and the United States have a free trade agreement in place. Most goods imported into the United States under the Australia Free Trade Agreement (AUFTA) are free of duty and merchandise processing fee (MPF). All AUFTA goods will be duty free on January 1, 2022.

 

Returns & Exchange policy

We offer returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

The cost involved in returning an item to Sunreal Days will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility. Please choose carefully, especially for international orders.

The above policy only applies to items purchased on the Sunreal Days website (www.sunrealdays.com.au) all other items must be returned to the original place of purchase and adhere to that stores policy.
