Refund Policy

Do you have a refund policy? Yes we do!

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new Towel Hoodie or if there are any problems with your order, please contact us right away via our email and we'll do our best to solve them. hello@sunrealdays.com.au

We offer returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

Is My Return Eligible?

  1. Your item needs to be unused, unmarked, unwashed and odour-free.
  2. It must be in the original packaging and must be in original condition, including attached swing tag.
  3. The item has to be placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order
  4. Postage cost to return an item is paid by the customer and is not reimbursed by Sunreal Days.

Sunreal Days reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.

 

To process a return, follow these steps:

  1. Submit your return request via email within 30 days of receiving your order: hello@sunrealdays.com.au or visit our Contact Page and fill in the form.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email from us “Return Approved”, which will outline next steps of how to return your unwanted item/s back to us. 
  3. When your item reaches our warehouse, we’ll need to inspect the item and make sure it's eligible for a full refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

 

Postage cost for Return/Exchange

The cost involved in returning an item to Sunreal Days will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility. However, in the case of a faulty product or incorrect product was sent, a full refund will be offered, and postage costs reimbursed. 


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To avoid the disappointment of missing out on your favourite Swim Hoodie we don't offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing your desired item immediately and sending your original item for a refund.

The above policy only applies to items purchased on the Sunreal Days website (sunrealdays.com.au) all other items must be returned to the original place of purchase and adhere to that stores policy.
